Students will use their experience and gain knowledge of the past through primary and secondary sources analysis in order to make sense of the world around them.
In 6th grade, students will study the ancient world and focus on the question: How does what people believe affect their daily lives?
In 7th grade, students will study the medieval world and focus on the question: How did trade connect the medieval and early modern times to the larger world?
In 8th grade, students will study the United States and its early years and focus on the question: How has the identity of our nation evolved?
