Wood Middle School is a public 6-8th grade school in the Alameda Unified School District (AUSD).

Our Vision:

Wood Middle School prepares students to be lifelong learners who competently navigate the changing demands of the 21st century to positively affect the world.

Our Mission:

Our goal is to prepare students through rigorous and relevant content with an arts and sciences integration to be productive and successful citizens by developing both a strong work ethic and the critical thinking skills needed to solve problems in the real world.
